Scallops - Broiled Scallops

Maine sea scallops - 1/2 lb.
garlic salt - 1/2 teaspoon
butter - 1 tablespoon, melted
lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Turn broiler on to preheat. Rinse scallops and place in a shallow baking pan.Sprinkle with garlic salt, melted butter or margarine and lemon juice.

Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until scallops start to turn golden. Remove from oven and serve with extra melted butter on the side for dipping.

Makes 2 servings

For my wife's 25th birthday I surprised her with one of your Down East Feasts for Two. All she could say was WOW! She told me that it was the best Lobster, Clam Chowder and Red Potatoes that she has ever had! She Loved it!
