Maine Lobster - Pate

Lobsters - 4 fresh
cream cheese - 3 pounds, softened
sour cream - 1 cup
Parsley, chives, tarragon, chervil - 2 Tbls each, minced
lemon juice - 1/2 cup
salt and pepper - to taste

Steam the Lobsters and pick out the meat.

Combine all ingredients in an electric blender. Mix on low speed until thoroughly combined. (If mixture is too thick, add additional sour cream to reach desired texture.)

Mold onto a serving platter and garnish with assorted cracker and vegetable sticks. Serves 16-20.

I really enjoyed the Fresh Frozen Lobster Tails, Lobster Claws, Empress Crab Claws and Giant King Crab Legs! They were simply a delight for both me and my family, along with 15 other co-workers in our very own Seafood Night at work.... more
