Maine Lobster - Pate

Lobsters - 4 fresh
cream cheese - 3 pounds, softened
sour cream - 1 cup
Parsley, chives, tarragon, chervil - 2 Tbls each, minced
lemon juice - 1/2 cup
salt and pepper - to taste

Steam the Lobsters and pick out the meat.

Combine all ingredients in an electric blender. Mix on low speed until thoroughly combined. (If mixture is too thick, add additional sour cream to reach desired texture.)

Mold onto a serving platter and garnish with assorted cracker and vegetable sticks. Serves 16-20.

Our son sent the Captain's Feast to us for Mother's day. It was excellent!!!! Everything arrived as promised in A-1 condition. It was a wonderful taste of home (we were both born and brought up in Maine).
