Our Maine crab cakes are made with Jonah crab that is exclusively wild caught off the cold clear waters of Maine, mixed with dijon mustard, panko crumbs, onions, spices, salt and eggs.

Ways to enjoy your Maine Crab Cakes

The Maine Crab Cakes are one of our most popular appetizers! These delicious 4 oz crab cakes can be served in so many different ways. Grill these up and add them to your favorite salad, or make yourself a nice crab cake sandwich. Are you having a party? Easy enough, break up the cakes a bit smaller and serve them in stuffed mushrooms, or even as miniature sliders!

Your Maine crab cakes will arrive frozen and vacuum sealed. Be sure to keep these frozen. When you are ready to thaw them, place into the refrigerator over night. To cook them, either toss them on the grill, or pan fry them with a little oil or butter until they are golden brown. Enjoy!
