Just writing to thank you for all your help. I ordered the Captains Feast for my brother for Christmas and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 12/22. But due to FedEx and it being Christmas.......

t some point it ended up sitting in New Jersey for 14 hours and didn't get to FL until Sat morning. But unbeknownst to me, my brother was going away for the weekend on Saturday and leaving at noon. And on top of it, I had the package going to my sister-in-laws work address so nothing would happen to it. Unfortunately, they were closed on Saturday, so that wasn't going to work either. I called your customer service department, first they apologized for any inconvenience and they had no problem offering either a refund or replacement.with no issues what so ever. I was so pleased. I took the replacement and just got an email from my sister-in-law that they have received them and can't wait to try them. Thank you for all you help and your customer service is exquisite.
