Maine Lobster - Pate

Lobsters - 4 fresh
cream cheese - 3 pounds, softened
sour cream - 1 cup
Parsley, chives, tarragon, chervil - 2 Tbls each, minced
lemon juice - 1/2 cup
salt and pepper - to taste

Steam the Lobsters and pick out the meat.

Combine all ingredients in an electric blender. Mix on low speed until thoroughly combined. (If mixture is too thick, add additional sour cream to reach desired texture.)

Mold onto a serving platter and garnish with assorted cracker and vegetable sticks. Serves 16-20.

You guys and gals are great. For three years now, my wife can't wait for her birthday. We get two 2 pounders and have at them. Even the Fed Ex gal thinks it's so great. I'll be putting in an order this Thursday. Can't wait til Saturday.... more
