Lee & Joi - It was a Christmas party - every year I cook for two days to serve a gourmet meal to the dozen people who make me look good at work. And every year they seem to enjoy it all....

This year I couldn't get them past the first course - it was a lobster chowder I'd made before. But this time I used fresh lobster from you folks - what a difference!
