hat lived right on the edge of John's Bay of Pemaquid point, New Harbor, Maine. Of course then we got sea water and seaweed to settle our bought lobsters in, and we cooked them on an open fireplace outside. The taste was exquisite, even though we cooked them in seawater, we never added any seaweed to it. I did have sea salt and added a little seaweed and oh boy, we never have had that flavor we had here in our Ct. home before. Thanks so much, Mr & Mrs Hoy
