To all at Maine Lobster Direct, My husband and I were born and raised in Maine....

We spent many a summer day down at the coast enjoying the ocean air and once in awhile to that we added lobsters cooked on a outdoor stove with a bit of seaweed on top so they came out "just right". We now live in northern California and often miss those special days in Maine. So, we relive the memories by calling you folks at Maine Lobster Direct! I went to school at Maine Medical Center so I was thrilled to find you on the web and in Portland, too. We have ordered from other companies in the past and I have to say your company goes the extra mile. The lobsters are always very fresh and those succulent little steamers come protected in the webbing so very few of the shells are cracked. For those who don't know how to cook these delicacies the cookbook that you enclose is great too. We tried your lobster bisque for the first time and it was great!
