the shipment arrived on time and without issue. we especially liked the tracking feature thru fed ex. if only I could get the frequent flyer mileage credit somehow... the lobster and all the trimmings were very well presented and quite nicely arranged. the instructions were very clear and the end result was a very nice and tasty dinner - exactly what we wanted something special without going out. anyway thank-you again for such good service and a pleasant experience.
