Quicker than a school boy in the back seat for the first time, we were gorging ourselves on the plump, flavorful morsels of sunburned shellfish. They were delicious. I served your lox in florets packed with onion, capers, pepper and caviar with a side shot of ice cold grey goose vodka. Why I even heard a grown man break down and cry, tears of joy upon his face.
