These Lobsters are flash-frozen in special nitrogen blast freezers to preserve the flavor and texture of the Lobster meat.

Try our two or four packs of 1.25 pound fully-cooked Maine Lobsters or order a complete dinner which includes your choice of our delicious New England Clam Chowder or Lobster Bisque.

These Lobsters can be served the day of arrival by steaming for 2 to 3 minutes, or refrigerated and served the next day, or put directly in the freezer to be enjoyed at a later time.
