Baked Stuffed Lobster Tails are a special treat and this Dinner includes FOUR 5-6 oz. (ave.) Lobster Tails with 8 oz. gourmet style Seafood Stuffing (2 oz. per Lobster tail).

These fresh harvested Lobster Tails are flash frozen (uncooked)and arrive at your door with our "homemade" gourmet Seafood Stuffing and instructions for preparation and cooking.

To prepare, thaw Lobster Tails and cut lengthwise, butterfly open, add 2 oz of our Seafood Stuffing, place on baking sheet and bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 22 min. For a "crunchy" presentation, place Lobster Tails under broiler for 1 min. more.

These Baked Stuffed Lobster Tails can be served one per person as a "surf and turf" dinner or double up for a wonderful gourmet Lobster Dinner.
