These lobsters are flash-frozen in special nitrogen blast freezers to preserve the flavor and texture of the meat. Our four pack of 1.25 pound fully-cooked Maine lobsters also includes your choice of our delicious New England clam chowder or lobster bisque.

These lobsters can be served the day of arrival by steaming for 2 to 3 minutes, refrigerated and served the next day, or put directly in the freezer to be enjoyed at a later time.
